Clerk V, Grade 15
Under the supervision of the WFCR Development Director, provide information management and administrative support to a department that raises over $3 million in annual revenue. This position is responsible for managing gift processing for 14,000 annual donors, managing the billing and payments for 300 underwriting clients and coordinating the station’s volunteer program.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience with computers; be well-organized, excellent with detailed work, very accurate, show initiative and follow-through; have the ability to work effectively under deadlines, exercising good judgment and grace; have experience responding to customer/donor needs and inquiries in a timely, professional manner; and possess strong communication, administrative, and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to be flexible to meet station needs.
Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s degree with two years experience in office setting or two years of directly related stewardship experience may be substituted for Associate’s degree. Demonstrable competency in the use and maintenance of database software. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & Word.
Grade 15, special recruitment range $34,284 – $38,502. Excellent benefits.
